We appreciate your good work.
You were timely, you explained the problem well and the problem was fixed. Having a dealer closer to home would be nice, especially if I have a problem where my vehicle should not be driven for a long distance. I currently have over 400 miles to come for service (200 to Salem & 200 to return home).
