Service was good and performed in a timely manner. There was a slight glitch in that when we purchased the vehicle we understood oil changes, inspections and a car wash would always bee free. It seems now that you have back away from the free wash during service. The service dept did finally include a thorough wash, but I would have preferred not being challenged.

My name is Aaron Moss and I am the serive manager. I want to resolve this proplem about the free car washes. I need to know who your sales person was. We do offer Free oil changes and state inspections however I was not aware about the washes. If you could please get back to me so we can get this matter resolved.
