Great vehicle

Tucson, Hyundai is great. Drives great. Not enough storage. A little different getting in and out of vehicle. The dash is too busy. Too much information in this area. Navigation system is not easy to use. But all in all would recommend purchasing this vehicle

Great car

I brought a new Tucson because I had a 2011 and I want a new car. I had no problems with it besides every day wear and tair. I like the car just enough space for what I need. And it handles good on the road.

Hyundai 2024 Tuscon

I bought this car on a recommendation from a friend. It’s a great snow car and a good car for the Northeast. The storage compartments in the front are not accessible easily and that should be reworked. The heated seats, air condition seats, and all the other features are a very nice bonus. Gas mileage could be a little higher

An excellent commuter / long travel ride

This is a great car for all types of roads and traffic. Its high ground clearance ensures that your undercarriage will not get scratched on uneven terrain. Plenty of room in the trunk. The engine is quite peppy. Fuel consumption is not bad.

Love it!

This is a great vehicle! It is roomy, classy and has a lot of awesome features...some I don't think I will ever use! I was looking for a 3rd row to have more cargo space, but the Tucson gave me that without having to pay a lot more for the 3rd row. Highly recommend the Tucson!

Smooth sailing

This car glides like a luxury vehicle. It is quiet, and hugs the road. I love it! If you want to take your family on a long drive then this vehicle is perfect, because once you get behind the wheel you will want to stay there.

I love this car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This car is fantastic! It drives so smooth. I love the lane change warning, the blind spot feature, the warming seats, the ability to change the AC and heat individually, so many back seat features including charger station. I love that you can start the car from inside of Publix and have the car ready to go when you come outside. Since it is often 190 degrees outside in Florida, this has rescued me from third degree burns! I love this car and I love that Hyundai has literally thought of everything!

Hyundai has horrible customer service

Took delivery of my 2024 Hyundai Tucson, July 25, 2024 the next day less than 200 miles to check engine light went on. It took them three attempts to fix active air shutter when I told Hyundai I wanted a new vehicle after the third attempt they told me I would have to go through the lemon law and it doesn’t apply to my vehicle yet this to me is poor customer service then two weeks ago I went to put my air conditioning on and it was blowing out red hot air like it was on heat, took it to the dealer they could not find problem Again called Hyundai I want a vehicle nothing they’re going to do. They don’t back the product and I would never buy another Hyundai again.

Elegant and sporty SUV.

After looking at and driving many mid-sized SUVs, the Tuscon Limited clearly is the best choice for me. The red color is perfect and the interior and exterior are classy. The features are amazing and I feel comfortable. Great job Hyundai!

The sheet metal behind rear doors, Above the rear quarter panels are cheaply made came apart. To be exact 1/2 of the sheet metal bend horizontally. which highly upset me I believe this should be a recall or bullinton to be addressed. transmition acts up from time to time sometimes over Rpm-ing up to excesive amount 6k when left off butterfly throttle.

I love the size, feel and drivability of this vehicle.

This is the best well-rounded vehicle I have ever owned among other SUVs. It like the smooth transmission and the fact that it has 8 speeds, it can always find a good gear for best balance between power and economy.

The perfect upgrade!

I wasn't initially in the market for a new vehicle, as my previous car was a 2019 Hyundai Elantra. I loved my Elantra! The range was great, it was comfortable, and it was nice and compact without being too tight. That was supposed to be my "forever car." However, I got rear ended on a highway that ended up totaling the car. The fact that I walked away completely fine really made me want to stick with Hyundai. I had seen the new 2025 Tucson here and there while helping a friend look for a new car as well, but after totaling my Elantra, I started seriously looking. I was teetering the entire time between getting a new Elantra to replace my old one or getting a Tucson. However, in my heart I knew I wanted to upgrade to an SUV, as I wanted this car to truly be my "forever car." So, when weighing a new Elantra against a Tucson, the Tucson provided more room, more features, and the ability to tow something. Not only that, but after comparing prices, the two truly ended up being the same price after accounting for insurance. So why not go bigger and better? I'm so glad I did! It truly has been such a dream driving this car. It is spacious enough to fit five adults fairly comfortably and the truck space is huge! I was in a toss-up between a limited version and an SEL convenience and honestly if you're in the same dilemma, I would just go with the SEL convenience! The only thing you're missing is a heated steering wheel and a moonroof. For the price difference, I think the SEL convenience was definitely the way to go! I am also incredibly biased in that there is also a difference in your interior display units, and honestly, I think the SEL convenience looks SO much better than the limited does. When purchasing, I standardly will buy a used car over a brand new one given how much a brand new car depreciates in value after purchasing. However, the rates Hyundai have at the time I purchased it truly could not be beat. APRs were over 5.5-7% with any other banks and dealerships, but I was able to lock mine in at 1.9%. Not only that but the warranty on a brand-new Hyundai can't be beat!

Super cute and easy to park and drive!! Awesome fuel mileage as getting 36-41.0 mpg on highway

Love the ease in driving, parking, handling on the road....has lane assist, and even sends you messages about weather conditions, keeping in your lane, (perhaps you need to rest) messages, risky driving messages, etc...super mileage as we have had 41.2 mpg readings as we always have highway driving living in the country....is perfect level for getting in and out so no climbing up or lowering body...easier on older people! ONLY thing I would add is the front sensors collision warning for seniors to park easier! Our 7th Hyundai vehicle since 1988...we have strayed a few times and bought other brands of vehicles but ALWAYS come back to Hyundai for SUV/cars! Best warranties but have never needed to have any repairs! No rust, great body protection!

Love this car!!

I have really been enjoying my new car! It is very comfortable. I love the lumbar adjustment! It’s great on gas! I get up to 33 mpg, depending on my trip of course. It’s fun to drive and I have enough room for my purposes! I am almost certain that I will get another one when my lease is up on this one. On top of all of these positives, my payment is awesome! Extremely happy with my car and my decision to lease it!!

Fine. Too many questions on survey. I am done. Don't send me anymore surveys as I will not complete. If I have a repair needed or other maintenance (ie oil change, etc) I will go directly to the dealership

After spending so much time doing this survey I am aggravated. Would not have completed this survey for this reason. Too bad that I don't have 200 characters. I have wasted to much time. I have other things to do
