A new 2024 Tucson, just a flat tire issue, and now I had 3 day without my car !!!!!!!
1 month ago I had my new 2024 Tucson and now I have a flat tire, first problem, the car does not come with a spare part and the dealer never informed me, since they could not solve it at the moment, I called the dealer and they gave me the "solution" I have to call a tow truck service (AAA) that is very busy, (they hardly answer me and then they have me for around 20-30 minutes asking for information to be able to send a tow truck), the tow truck would arrive in 1 hour, but 5 minutes Before, they call me and tell me that the tow truck will take another hour to arrive, now that the car is at the dealer to repair a flat tire, They tell me if I hadn't bought tire insurance They would fix it, but I bought it, so now the dealer tell me that I will have to go through a whole process, they would have to go in to review the case, one person reviews, another person fills out a form, and if they don't have the tire available they will have to order it, and meanwhile I have been without a car for 3 days, I like your cars Hyundai but in just one month I am questioning whether with this simple problem it is a good option to have a Hyundai car, it is just because of a flat tire, what would happen if it were something more serious? Please do something to really solve it and Do not put us through such uncomfortable and unfair times, I still have to pay for the car that I am not using, thank you and sorry.
