I have been taking my Mazda miata to John now for about 25 years for service (have a 1992 miata with
over 251,000 miles). John is that neighborhood mechanic who always will say hi. His staff, from receptionist to the mechanics, (which he also retains well) are friendly, reliable and well knowledge in any situation (in regards to retaining mentioned earlier, kevin is generally who works on my car has been there at least 15 years-so consistency helps me in trusting that person always under my hood). I fully trust my car in their hands and know I am getting an honest and affordable service. John and his staff also go above and beyond like my recent visit. I had failed the emissions on my smog test and not only did kevin service my car but had the smog done as well to make sure it passed. He also knew how important having my car was so was able to order a part ahead of time so it was there the day I took my car in-this way I was in and out with my car fixed, and a passed smog test complete, in a day. So if you are looking for that hometown, down-to-earth mechanic you know you can trust and not empty out your pocket book, I highly suggest PAWS for your auto needs.
