I recently brought my 2022 Ioniq 5 in for emergency service. Charlie and his team were able to diagno
se the issue and explained that the part could take up to 10 days to arrive and that once it arrived, they would take care of everything. Since the repair was covered under warranty, the service team made sure that I had transportation while my car was being serviced. John, my service advisor, kept me up to speed. The part arrived sooner, and I had my car back in less than a week. Every dealership can repair cars, but what sets dealerships apart is the customer-focused service that Charlie instills in his team.

Supreme Confidence in EMT...one be crazy to go elsewhere, or in desperate need of vehicle assistance,
like while broken down somewhere in the Pocono Mountains, while vacationing, or retired, while spending time visiting their lake house with their Grandchildren, who nowadays, visit quite regularly & wear-out their Pop-Pop. In all seriousness, with Tim & Company running maintenance for both my vehicles, I know, beyond the shadow of a doubt, Maintenance is done correctly, EVEN, left-rear, driver's side turn signals being replaced, or finding the correct fuse-bank for my Chevrolet Camaro, so the horn works properly.
