There were so understanding very attentive to what I needs were very polite. Very straightforward Not only that, but I also bring my wife's UV here. And I've always been treated the same way it doesn't matter if you're on the sale side, if you're on the service side, even just somebody walking by. They treat you with absolute respect and ask if you need something. Even the management had at one point.Came by and asked if my wife and I needed anything when we were sitting in the lobby. My emergency became his urgency. Carlo is the man!
My son's car was overheating. After a rough afternoon of breaking down, I searched for a mechanic to
have AAA tow the car to. I looked thru Yelp and found a guy close to me, but he couldn't get to the car for days. So that mechanic recommended Carlo and his shop. So I called Carlo and he was great - "yes we can get you right in since it's an emergency" later that afternoon Carlo called and had found the problem - a broken heater core hose between the engine and the firewall. Carlo made some other suggestions of maintenance that he had found and it was ready the next morning! Carlo was also extremely nice to my son and wife. I highly recommend Carlo!!
