I cant say enough GREAT things about Auto Care Experts! The name says it ALL! My car had been losing
power and the check engine light had gone on. I took it to another mechanic that could not diagnose the problem. I decided to bring my car into Fred at Auto Care Experts because I had been there in the past when I lived in Orange County. Within hours Fred and his technicians were able to diagnose the problem.....I had rats living in my engine eating away at the wires. It was going to be a costly repair and Fred was able to contact my insurance because there is coverage for rodents in most policies. This was something I had no idea could be done. He talked with the insurance and got everything worked out for me. I can not believe how wonderful my car is running. It is running so much better now. I have an older vehicle and Fred manages to keep my vehicle running down the street in tip top shape. I will continue to use Fred and Auto Care Experts because I know that I can leave with assurance that my vehicle is in great running order. I highly recommend Auto Care Experts!!

I do not normally write reviews, but as someone who is in the automotive space myself I feel OC House
deserves one. I drive a heavily modified and lifted 2014 Lexus GX460. I had OC do my alignment 2 years ago after a recommendation from a few friends - Perfect. 0 rubbing even with 35’s, no pulling or drifting, same day service.
After 2 years of abuse on my rig I needed another one, problem is, I live in Colorado. I took it to my local shop in Colorado (who claims to specialize in Offroad) and the alignment was atrocious. Caster turned down so it rubs EVERYWHERE, pulling right, crazy torque steer. That next week I was driving to California for Christmas so I figured I’d drive through the pain and bring it straight to OC House when I get down here. That’s exactly what I did.
Took my rig straight to OC House, they performed the 4 wheel alignment same day, bumped my caster up as it should be on a lifted rig, adjusted toe and camber, now it no longer rubs at all, and no pulling or torque steer at all. It drives PERFECT. I drove 1,000 miles to get my alignment done by the best.
Moral of story: Do not take your rig anywhere else. OC House of Suspension is the BEST in OC for off-road alignments. Thank you.
