I had a problem with my alternator at 6pm on a Friday in Manhattan. The tow truck, driven by Miguel,
was wonderful and fast. Gave me all the information I needed, and also made sure I was taken care of (I’m disabled).
Although the shop is understandably closed on weekends, they called me on Saturday to let me know their plans.
The car was ready Tuesday morning, like they said. Their reasonable price was exact what they told me.
When I picked up my vehicle, Fred was extremely kind and helpful.
