like a family , two weeks ago I went to a dealer for a recall Dealer have one girl’s working on the service desk. She told me my car need work over $2000 estimate , today I went to nor parsons service and I trust him and I told him Kuldeep whatever need to be done take care that and leave the key with and give the paper dealer girl give you, I told him what ever important take care that , then after two hours manager Kuldeep call me and told me mam your car ready , he explain to me car have only 16,000 miles so the car just need filters and oil change. Nothing else and he charge me less than $200 thank you so much Kuldeep. Save my almost $2000. Never ever I trust that girl

When you want your repairs done wright the first time.
I have had work done for me. In the past, that is why I went back for service again. i was explained
by the train staff what work had to be done to my brakes. I was given a price. that was in my range. I was very happy with the service and will return. again.

Overall it was an alright experience the only thing I didnt like was even though I requested for a lo
w clearance truck the truck couldn't enter my parking garage and the driver told me they dont do pushes so he said id have to push the car down on my own. Its a morning so nobody is really awake or readily avaliable to help last minute but to make it alittle more awkward for me I had to push it after the top floor ,where my car was, became icy so I was fighting pushing my car, ice, and the newly installed speedbumps that the parking garage installed. Besides all that trouble it was a decent experience, it was a monday so it was busy but I dont blame them for it and they offered me treats at the facility. The facility was also nice and very professional. I dont blame them for the fact that the truck couldnt fit through the parking garage but I wish they were willing to help when they realized I was the only one able to push my car.
