As always, RSW delivered great service at very reasonable price. I called same day and they found a
way to squeeze me in and take care of some routine maintenance and replace part of the underbelly tray that had been previously damaged. Quick turn-around, worked while I was there because the atmosphere is great and the folks there are a pleasure to talk with. They go above and beyond in their inspections- including taking photos that they archive so they have references in the future as normal wear and tear happens. I love that, very trustworthy and honest.

When I called to inquire about the wait time for an inspection. The person who answered the phone se
emed annoyed at my questions and I was going to go to honda on hillside. When I went there in person the staff was somewhat nicer so I did the inspection with them. It also seemed that a new staff member was perhaps training. Which is not my problem. I have spent thousands at this location. Every call or staff interaction should be welcoming.
