I am new to the area and I was looking for a shop that has a few years of experience for my 03 Honda
Element, I've used "Name Brand" shops in town before but they keep messing everything up. I think I have found my new trusted mechanics. They were very booked up, so I explained my situation and they worked with me and got my car in as a drop off. 2 other shops could not find why my radiator fluid kept "vanishing". These guys found it in a day, had it repaired asap. They answered all my questions and acknowledged my concerns. I had slight issues when I got it home and they took it right back in and re-checked everything in less than an hour. (was just my over concern) I've crawled around my car after getting it back, I usually do my own repairs, but I found nothing to nit-pick. Price was very affordable which had me surprised. 10/10 will keep them in mind for future issues. Trust me, my car always has issues.
