So kind, and forgiving
I was camping with my cat, and he messed up my driver-side window while driving in the snow. North Be
nd Automotive took me in immediately, no questions asked, and fixed it within the hour! They were so kind, even when I had to bring my cat inside, and he got stuck under their desk. Highly recommend, 10/10 service.

I gave the title KIND because of my first impression, then during our conversation PASSIONATE and whi
le working on my son's car HONEST. This is everything a customer needs.
I first went to a dealership service department for the repair. My experience started off good but as it progressed it got worse. I started to feel like I was being taken advantage of and after one phone call confirmed it. So I ended business with them.
After speaking about the issue I was given information for Lafel's Garage. I immediately called and was impressed from hello. They were very kind, passionate and honest. They are 10 star in my book and I highly recommend them.
Thank you for taking care of my son and getting him back on the road safely.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Justin. My son lives in Maine and I needed to get his car re
paired. Over the phone I contacted Justin after reading his great reviews. He gave approriate suggestions for the age of the vehicle, worked professionally and quickly. I was then actually surprised at the low price. I honestly feel he was a true blessing in our lives.
