When I walked in the door, I was greeted by name (on my very first visit), and with a smile! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The waiting area is very clean, and they have snacks and water as well. I got a clear run down of how my inspection went & a timeline to help me keep up with preventive maintenance in the future. Like in my title. It’s hard to find somebody who is honest reasonable, and works his butt off. I was
skeptical because of the whole mobile mechanic sketchiness - but this guy is the real deal. I didn’t need a battery replaced, I didn’t need a water pump replaced, I needed my engine rebuilt from the ground up and Materz delivered. Very knowledgeable and even teaching me things about engines that I never knew. There were a few instances where his schedule conflicted with a promised completion date but as any reasonable business owner knows.-stuff happens and as long as a line of communication is open, that is all that matters. Weather is also an issue for a mobile mechanic which I came to find out, but obviously he pointed out to me that duh he’s a mobile mechanic -can’t work in the rain.😂.
There is no job harder, other than maybe bodywork that requires more knowledge than this company can provide in terms of service labor and parts for a reasonable price 10 to 20% below the competition.
The convenience of having someone work on your driveway should be worth 10 to 20% more than the competition
