del—it’s increasingly difficult to find mechanics who truly know how to work on it, especially when it comes to complex electrical issues.
I was very glad to find this shop and to work with the manager, Jamil. The team provided outstanding service in diagnosing and repairing an electrical problem that very few mechanics are capable of fixing. What impressed me most was their commitment and professionalism—if the issue wasn’t resolved on the first attempt, they were more than willing to take two or even three tries until they found the correct solution.
That level of dedication, patience, and expertise is rare today. I truly appreciate the high-quality work and professional service provided, especially for a vehicle that requires specialized knowledge.

Great job on my troublesome Beemer!
However, I can’t help wondering if ‘maybe’ an oversight occurred
diagnosing the issue at the very beginning. After fixing an oil leak, 5 days after my car won’t start and had to be towed to Mike’s Beemer. I was told the Starter motor needed replacement. 3 days later, when picking up my car, after it was fixed, it didn’t start. Didn’t even live the shop yet. Then I was told it could be the Alternator, which was actually still under warranty from another shop. Had the car towed there; they claimed it was not the Alternator, but an electric issue and they didn’t have an electrician. Had the car towed back to Mike’s B. Felipe said could be the computer, which would be very costly, or the Alternator was a bad one. He suggested to start by replacing it. Very difficult decision for me, and costly. Finally decided to replace it. Turned out it was a bad Alternator; he was correct. car is working well, so far. But, still I can’t help wondering if instead of replacing the Starter motor, it was an Alternator’s issue from the beginning??♀️. Felipe said no. I have to move on and trust no mistake were made diagnosing the issues. Therefore, then, Mike’s Beemer did an excellent job.
