On our way from Vermont to Maryland for Christmas with family, our F250 truck broke down, requiring p
rofessional service. After getting towed to Pinkava, the service manager (owner?) gave us patient, friendly and respectful attention, even though it was the end of his work day. He said he'd evaluate the problem, check to ensure availability of any needed repair parts, then call us around 0830 the next day. When he called us the next morning (about 08:40), he gave us details about what he had discovered and what he could do to repair our truck. He said he could have us back on the road by 12:30. True to his word, he had completed repairing and test-driving our F250 by 12:30, and we were back on our way to Maryland that same afternoon.
