I was equally impressed with the entire experience. Their communication was excellent, from the phone calls and text updates to their modern system that sent me a detailed diagnostic report that was easy to understand. Sam, the owner, took the time to explain their recommendations, provide pictures of the issues they found, and walk me through what he recommended addressing and in what order.
I never felt rushed or pressured into authorizing work. Everything was clearly explained, professional, and transparent. It can be difficult to find a reputable mechanic you can trust who also charges fair prices, and I really appreciated the way 916 Auto Repair handled everything.
I would definitely recommend them and will consider 916 Auto Repair for future maintenance and repairs.
