We were so fortunate to find West El Cajon Automovtive! We were on a road trip from Seattle when our
air conditioner went out. It was Friday afternoon. They were able to get us in and do diagnostics. They had all the equipment, all the knowledge and could have recharged the ac, if that were the problem. But it turned out we needed a major repair.
That is when they set themselves apart, in my opinion. They could not have been more helpful realizing we needed transportation, a place to stay, help getting us and our luggage to lodgings. They did not abandon us or leave it all on our shoulders to arrange.
At every stage of the diagnostics and repair we were kept informed and involved. We always knew what was happening. We always had a timeline.
The customer care was incredible!
The repair was completed on time. It was completed correctly the first time. We were able to continue our roadtrip with no more worries.
