After numerous attempts at making a Genesis brand purchase finally happened couple weeks ago. Thanks
to the wonderfull team at Genesis Of Chantilly. I had visited and communicated with variety of Genesis dealer in maybe 6 states. I got a call from Genesis Concierge spoke to Tiara and she asked how my search was going and if she can be of any help, I explained what I was looking for and my schedule. Upon my arrival at the Genesis Of Chantilly maybe 8:30am I was welcomed and made to feel at home by Milad (Director of Sales) we had small talk while waiting for the sales team to arrive, Milad assured me he will do whatever it takes for me to leave with a new car. Little later I was introduced to Stacey and she had a car ready for my test drive, within minutes of concluding our test drive I gave her my requirements and what it would take for me to make the purchase, while having my coffee Stacey & Milad arrived with a written proposel which was even better than my expectations on my trade and $1,000 better than my best prior offer on the new car. We did the paperwork within minutes, Jennifer at finance had all paperwork completed & signed. While waiting for my car getting detailed I had the additional pleasure of chatting with Tom (Internet Manager) we were literally neighbors from NJ. Finally my car was ready for my looong trip to NJ, than back to Florida. Timothy went over the new cars features and helped setup the many options. I was on my way with wonderful new friends and a nice car.😁 Additional shout out to Jennifer Collins, I recently reached out with couple questions she resolved within minutes. Overall a great car buying experience maybe one of the best of far too many to remember. "Thank you" to the team of Genesis Of Chantilly.

ammy Hadid greeted me graciously and professionally. Right away, I was impressed with his warmth and knowledge. . He was polite, informative, and efficient without making me feel like a target. Such a gentleman and such a professional. When I saw the inventory, I knew that Genesis was the vehicle for me. The luxury, the performance, and the fit and finish of their vehicles in my opinion surpasses BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes. Since I purchased two weeks ago, my wonderful Sales Professional (Sammy Hadid!) has reached out to me (not excessively but enough to make me feel like a valued customer) to answer any questions and offer assistance. Sammy and Delray Genesis have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership and Sammy Hadid…as well as the Genesis lineup.
