I am a female with a foreign car. I have been to 4 different car shops and two alley mechanics with a
n array of horror stories. I had so many car problems my job probably thought I was making them up like, “the dog ate my homework”. I never knew Car Mechanics could be so dishonest. I definitely learned the hard way until I came across this Car Care Center MKE…… They were straightforward and honest. They showed me the complete plan and were completely honest about what was worth fixing and what was a lost. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was fixed before I got off of work. They fixed all my error codes. The car drives smoothly and there’s absolutely no noises. I wish I would have came in contact with them first. Moving forward, this is the ONLY car shop. I will take my cars too.

I’ve been going to Midas for years and finally got fed up with their poor customer service. Decided t
o try our Baychar and was not disappointed. Booked online -which is a huge bonus for me. Made my appointment for an oil change at 9pm the night before for an 8:45 am appointment the next day (they had lots of time slots available too) and my car was done by 10:30. They recommended I replace the filter but mentioned nothing bad would happen if I didn’t which I appreciated. I didn’t feel I was being pressured. The front desk guy was very polite and quick to attend to me.
