Eric said the staff was very professional but the service took a little longer than expected. Everything came out well. It took 3 hours longer than promised but he was not given a reason for the delay.

Steve said this business always does an excellent job, and he would not go anyplace else. The repair only took a couple of minutes. He chose this facility because they are in his business group.

Spencer said he was not too impressed with the body work. The body lines did not line up well, compared to what they were before. He was not kept adequately informed. They called him at 3:30 pm and told him he had until 5:00 pm to pick it up. He had to return a rental vehicle so this was short notice. He was not satisfied with the communication for reasons previously stated. He would not recommend this facility for reasons already stated and because they did not lock the vehicle when they were done. The facility was chosen by his employer. It is a work vehicle.

Neil said everything went fine during his visit to this business and their personnel were courteous. They checked his vehicle out and took care of the problem. He chose this facility because they do warranty work for Keystone products.

Roger said the work that is done at this facility is done really well. Getting in touch with the estimator is very difficult. He had to leave several messages to speak with somebody about his vehicle, this time. His vehicle was ready for two days prior to him going to the business to check the status of it. When he dropped it off, the technician told him it would be a couple days before he could get to it.

Kristopher said he initially didn't want to use the business for the repairs because he was quoted $1,500 just to replace the awning and that was for just the part. He decided to go through his insurance company. When he got the quote for the insurance company, it was only $600 and that was for everything including labor and not just the part. Throughout the whole experience, the customer service was horrible. He would have to call them and they acted like they did not care. The whole experience took way longer than it should have. Two weeks had passed then he called them and they acted like they didn't even know he wanted anything done. Two weeks after that, he had asked them if they had received the parts and could start the repair and they told him no. Another 2 weeks passed and they still did not have the parts. When they finally received the parts, the repairs only took 2 hours.
