Bob said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair to his refrigerator, but they didn't fix the air conditioner like he requested. He asked them to check the air conditioner and the air pressure in his tires, but they didn't fix the problem and was charged for the repairs. He stated the mechanic told him there was nothing wrong with the air conditioner, but it wasn't working when he got home. They did not keep him informed and he had to call them every day for the status. He wasn't satisfied with the estimate because he was charged for items they inspected, but they did not repair it. Bob wouldn't recommend the business to others because they are too expensive and they didn't fix things they were on the list. He also mentioned on his trip, he wore out two of his tires because the air pressure was really low.
