Lance said they did not do the job they were supposed to do and he had to bring his vehicle back a second time to have his tail gate fixed. He was not contacted like he was told he would be when his vehicle was ready to be picked up. He was supposed to be contacted on the same day he dropped his vehicle off. After a couple of days, he went into the business and was told they were just about to contact him. He was kept informed well during his first visit but after he had to bring his vehicle back into this business, no one kept him updated or contacted him during the experience. He was satisfied with the way he was treated by everyone, except for Al. He was satisfied with the communication at first, but after he brought his vehicle back, no one called him. He would not recommend this business to others because of the previously stated issues. Al put the emblems on his vehicle crooked and Lance was not impressed with him. Al told him this was as good as it is going to get.
