Dennis said there was a delay in getting the special bearings in and the bill was more, but they adjusted a portion of it. Overall, he didn't have any issues with them and would do business with them again. It took longer than they thought because when they got into it, they found the bearings couldn't be repacked. The bearings were sealed, so special bearings needed to be ordered and instead of getting in and out the same day on Thursday, the vehicle was ready the following Tuesday. He had to keep calling this business to check on things, and then after the bearings arrived, he called at 3 pm and found out it wouldn't be ready until the following morning. The estimate was more due to the above, but it wasn't a big deal. He had been in a couple times before and ordered parts, and he inquired about service. He stated he felt good about the people when he ordered parts and visited with them.
