Chandra said initially she was not happy with the customer service. She said eventually they made up for it and went above and beyond. When she first went in she had a male friend along. They did not acknowledge her and they directed all their attention on him. She said it was very awkward, since her friend had nothing at all to do with the visit and he had never been there before. She explained her circumstances to them, that she was recently divorced and she did not have a lot of money. She said she realizes that they are a business, but they charged her $115 to pick her fifth wheel up and bring it to their lot. She paid $1,800 for the repair, and $1,000 of it alone was for the labor. She said she feels they should have picked the wheel up for no charge because of how much she was paying and because her home is close by. She said from what she can tell, the work is fine, but she expected new trim on the roof. It looks like they just cleaned it up and recaulked it. After the repair they towed it to their consignment facility at no charge and agreed to sell it for a 10 percent commission. She was not looking forward to cleaning it out in the 100 degree heat. She was very happy and emotional when she arrived and saw that they had cleaned it out for her and done the majority of the work.
