Great service especially for out-of-town breakdowns
The staff and service here were great. The car broke down during a road trip from GA to WV, 15 miles from Statesville. We had the car towed here based on reviews. Since we had to rent a car to finish our trip, I told the shop that the repair wasn't time critical since we couldn't pick it back up till the next week. Even though there wasn't a time crunch, they were very prompt in getting the repairs done as soon as the parts came in. The shop was great about communication every step of the process and the friendly staff even called the next day after picking it back up to make sure we made it to our destination safely. I would highly recommend A&A to anyone who finds themselves in a similar - but unenviable - situation. Oh, and the resident shop cat was a pleasant diversion!
