My Subaru broke down on the highway on a Friday afternoon in a traffic jam. I called Absolute Auto on 48 Summer Street in Fitchburg and talked to Scott. I asked if I could have my car towed there to be looked over asap. Mind you this was Friday before Memorial day. Scott allowed the car to be towed there and said they would schedule it for late next week with the possibility of working on it sooner. They were able to start working on it early as well as bring to my attention a potentially dangerous problem that I was not aware of. These guys are great, I'll be bringing my vehicles to them in the future for sure.
