First rate referral
I came to Absolute Auto by referral from a friend when I was looking for a second opinion on my car. A different mechanic told me I needed a whole new engine, requiring over $4k of work. I brought my car to Absolute Auto and they found a couple oil leaks and a bad valve. When all was said and done, I only paid $300. And Scott at the front desk was extremely informative and helpful with ways to keep my car in good condition. I'll never go to the other mechanic again.

Dumb technician
Was told that I have 60 days to repair my car for a failure on a safety inspection and that I could continue driving it during these 60 days. This is incorrect. A red R sticker which I received for having low tire tread means you are not allowed to drive it because it is a safety issue. On top of the technician not knowing what he is talking about he also revved the engine in my car repeatedly while it was in the inspection bay. His excuse for this was that my exhaust is illegal Which is incorrect. The exhaust is Ford racing exhaust installed by the dealer. The car has a muffler and a catalytic converter. The car is only 2 years old with only 27,000 miles. Car is no where near as loud as many other cars that are loud from the factory. This technician clearly was trying to fail my car at all costs no matter how stupid it made him look. I have had my licenses to perform state safety inspections in the past and I know this technician is incompetent. Nice clean looking garage but I'd rather bring my car to Walmart auto before going back to this joke of a place.

Intentional negligence
The male employee Corey who worked there in 2014 told me in person "I am going to overinflate the tires on your car." That in my opinion is intentional negligence and poor service. The service advisor is rude.

It was an event that happened almost 2 years ago.  She brought me to court and lost.  This was her only retaliation.  Found not guilty.  Can' t please everyone no matter how hard we try.
