DO NOT BUY A NEW CAR HERE
Last year around this time I left an amazing review for Acura after purchasing my first car from them. Well I am here to take that back and to tell you DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. The staff is lazy, inconsistent, lack customer service, and the service departments bills for things they don't really do. I have been complaining about vibrating and squeaking from my brakes for the past 6 months, my car isn't even a year old. Every time I call or make an appointment about it they tell me everything is fine and that the brakes need to warmed up. Never in my life have I heard of a brakes making that much noise on a new car or them needing to warm up. This is a 2024 RDX A-pec! I finally went back in and demanded that they check it again, this is now my 5th time asking this, they then keep my car for the longest they have ever kept it and then let me know that the rotors are infact BAD but warranty won't cover it because my brake caliber has been painted!!! The service manager JORDAN took zerooooo accountability for the BS his staff has been putting me through and offered me absolutely nothing for my time or their mistake. Now I'm supposed to pay $800+ to get something fixed that I've been complaining to them about for 6 months. It's clear to me the service department never checked to begin with and were clocking hours to get paid for work they NEVER DID. Am I supposed to feel safe bringing my car back to this service department. I wish I could just get rid of the whole damn car. I will never be back. This is NOT a reliable car for families or women!! Do not buy from here or these people.

When I told Jordan I wasn't happy with his responses and the service he was provided his response was if I would like the number to corporate??!! Really, if this is who is running your service department it would explain why the techs are back there bullshitting and padding invoices making it look like their really working

VERY BAD SERVICE.
First off, may I just start with the fact that I work at another dealership. I called around 6 o’clock (PS I am supposed to get off at 6 o’clock )To help a customer out And every person I talk to towards the end was super unhelpful even had two people hang up on me. the second person some Spanish-speaking guy really needs a reality check when I asked to talk to the finance manager because that’s who I was directed to , someone that Would be able to fix my problem. I was told that he was busy with a customer, so I said OK can you place me on hold and go get him tell him it’s urgent. Keep in mind it’s now 630. AFTER I call back for the fourth time the same Spanish-speaking guy then tells me The finance manager has gone home, so basically at this point in time I wasted the last 30 minutes talking to nobody because they couldn’t have just told me to call back tomorrow when he was there. Working at a dealership myself I know we’re not the best at picking up phones, but this was fucking Ridiculous

LOWBALL CAPITAL OF THE WORLD
DROVE TWO HOURS AFTER SCOTT ONE OF THE SALES MANAGERS ASSURED ME HE COULD HONOR AND BETTER THE DEAL I WAS OFFERED AT ANOTHER DEALER. WHEN THERE NOT ONLY HE HAD ALREADY LEFT BUT THERE WHERE NO INVENTORY OF THE MDX VEHICLES AND THE MANAGER AT THE TIME SAM SAID HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT SCOTT HAD TOLD ME. WASTE OF TWO HOURS AND GAS MONEY. WONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANY SERIOUS BUYERS.

Stay Away
Stay away from this dealership! Worst I have ever seen! I test drove a car I liked and we worked out the numbers and made me a good deal! To the point where I thought about buying it after the lease. The next day when it was ready to be picked up, I Started to realize some things were different so I read through the manual and I have a list of questions for my sales guy Anthony. Well I tried calling Anthony for a good 4 weeks and no he would not get back to me. Then I realized that no one has told me to come in to get my new tag and it was about to expire. Then I called his manager Gino in the middle and he said yeah I am here come in and let’s see what we can do. Well, I got there and they had a hard time setting me up with someone who knew about the car. He then set me up with a young kid who said to me oh you don’t have those features bc this is the base model. Which makes sense, it’s NOT the same car! This is not what we agreed on! we agreed on the car I drove which was the technology package, which Anthony failed to tell me. So Anthony decided to switch the car to a base model without me knowing, makes sense why he is avoiding me like the plague! Well when I talk to Gino he said let’s talk to Larry the GM and they told me it’s going to be 70 or 80 dollars more a month and I said I don’t think so. They said there is nothing they can do, well I said I am going to talk to my wife and we will talk about what actions to take from here. Well when I called him Gino said to me do whatever you have to do and HUNG up on me! That’s how they treat their customers! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Promise donuts into cars and received the wrong size
Salesman Mike Digan promise me when I bought 2CLX cars that’s your donuts would be included. It wasn’t until I had a blowout on the highway and call the tow truck I realized I did not get The correct size donuts For either of my cars.. When I informed the manager he didn’t care at all and told me that I should go buy two on my own after I just spent $70,000 On my fourth vehicle purchase there. When I approach the salesman he left in my face and tell me their F myself and it’s too bad. Purchase your car anywhere other than Pembroke Pines Acura

BUYER BEWARE ONCE YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE YOU'RE SCREWED. We're on the hook for thousands of dollars and we have a vehicle that will not even start and its only been a month. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY USED VEHICLES FROM THEM YOU WILL BE SORRY
