Great place for an older vehicle
I've been taking my (now) 11 year old car to Adams for service since moving to Eau Claire in 2022. I've never been disappointed. Their work is always done right the first time. Everyone, from service writers to mechanics, are personable and accommodating. The office is clean and welcoming and was recently updated. Work areas are well-organized and uncluttered. I'm impressed with the online inspection reports, and they now offer online access to complete service records, scheduling, and future service recommendations. Most of all, I believe them to be ethical and trustworthy. I just wish they had a level parking lot, since I have mobility challenges.
