Lauren said when she got the call, she was trying to figure out what to do with the vehicle, felt there was some upselling. The first price that was quoted on the first call then turned into $200 more on a call back, it was confusing. She said made it sound like the water pump needed to be replaced, called another place, and was told didn't need to do that.
