I'm sorry if this member had a bad experience. But we weren't informed about his situation and weren't able to address his condition. We do not perform subpar work and not changing that corroded cable will cause future problems, we're not in the business of putting band aids on car repairs. Our business does not get into wiring. And I advised him. It was not merely a new terminal. The other place of repair doesn't follow strict repair guidelines and doesn't have to answer to angry members. Not sure how this review should even be relevant. We did not perform a service so a critique of our work is not possible. It seems more petulant and retaliatory than a true review of our business.
