We have used Akiki in the past for auto body repairs. For the most part, they've been very good to us. However, this time around, there were glitches in the work done. First, they overlooked my order for door edge protector replacement, even though it was on the repair list. Second, they failed to put my custom purchased Weathertech floor mats back in my car after "detailing". Major inconvenience to get them back, as we don't live that close to them. We could have lost them if not for the honesty of another Toyota RAV4 owner who returned them. We're talking about $270 in value. You gotta do better than that! Third, we PAID FOR THE REPAIR WHICH MEANT THEY GOT THEIR MONEY SOONER THAN THE INSURANCE WOULD HAVE PAID OUT. That should account for something.
