Great Service!
I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, and over the past year I have had a new alternator , new starter, new head gaskets, spark plugs etc. replaced on my Jeep. The first two jobs they were able to do while I waited which was great. The last job took a while because it was over the holidays and it was a much bigger job. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail that the Akron Auto Clinic provides. My Jeep runs like a new vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this garage to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. Thank you to the master service technician and John at the front desk for being patient with all my phone calls to check on my Jeep while you guys had it. Great work and service!

Please accept my apologies. We work very hard to have every car completed on time. We also have 12 loaner cars and free shuttle to prevent anyone being inconvenienced or getting in trouble at work. Please reconsider this evaluation and give us another chance to make it right.

Brandon said he dropped his vehicle off to this business and they told him they would take about 30 minutes. At the 4 hour mark he called them and they said the diagnostic machine was not working. He understood that was out of their control but what was in their control was to notify him about that issue. He was expecting his vehicle about an hour and ended up picking up his vehicle the next morning.

Fred and his staff are honest, polite, knowledgeable and take the time to explain what is happening, how they can fix it-what can wait and what is an immediate concern. Not only did they fix the car perfectly-they washed inside and out. I felt like I had a brand new car!!! What a blessing!!! Go there- you will be amazed!

Quality Service but overpriced labor...
It has never taken me 3 hours to install one pair of struts. Felt labor should have been reduced. Otherwise good service, and the loaner car / shuttle service is a nice touch...
