AVOID THIS PLACE
They calmed me on my first visit and recommended a full extraction. I went to my appointment for the extraction and the woman came into the waiting room and said loudly "Were doing this all today?! UGHHH" The entire waiting room said well I hope that's not me. Unfortunately I sat on the chair and she walked in. She then refused to answer any of my questions such as "how do I eat after this?, how long is the healing process? When do I get dentures?" She was an absolute nightmare. The worst human I could have ever expected to work in a dental facility. The only mercy she gave me was when I asked if I could go so.ewhere else and she said "oh yeah we can refer to a surgeon". Why that was never mentioned before is beyond me. The Surgeons were great, accommodating and just over all very nice people. 5 weeks later I went back to get fitted for dentures at Albany Dental. Unfortunately I was seated with that same awful woman and when I told her I was there to be fitted for dentures she went to the desk and came back with a bill for $6k. This was after the extractions. I was absolutely crushed. I then went home and tried to accept my life with no teeth and where to go from there until I opened a letter that same day that said I was approved by my insurance for top and bottom dentures. They tried to make me pay 6k for something I was approved for. Avoid this place!
