Jessica said the service advisor was very helpful. He spoke with her before and told her he would be providing the service she needed and would put the license plate on. "Good Discussion"
As someone who prefers to do it myself but doesn't have time (or a lift), I want auto repair places to explain what they are doing and why. Most places don't want to have a discussion, or just engage in bullying/fear tactics because they prefer customers who say OK to anything. Not this place. I always have a good dialogue with Negash about what is going and we agree on how to proceed. More important, they have never recommended repairs that are not necessary or simply to pad the bill - this is unique. If more places were like this one, the auto repair industry would not have such a horrendous - and often deserved - reputation.
