I brought my car in thinking it needed new brake pads due to a clunking noise when I applied pressure to my brake pedal. Turns out my pads and everything were good. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I figured at minimum I’d be paying a standard service fee but they didn’t have me pay a penny for checking in and torquing my tires. Great people.
