Thank you for your review April. Its unfortunate that you felt like you were not taken care of. We did everything we could to help you, we made sure to go on a test drive with you to get your approval of the vehicle and you did grant us that. When you first came in you said you felt that you "were floating on clouds" and all 7 other shops you went to couldnt find any problems with your vehicle and that everyone thought you were "crazy." We looked at your vehicle and explained to you what parts were worn and what could be causing the issue. After having helped you its so unfortunate for us that we could not help you at our bussiness again. You brought us so much drama, cried, complained over nothing and we cannot deal with that kind of behavior at our business, Dr. Phil would be the place to go to help you not an auto repair shop because there is nothing else wrong with your vehicles suspension. Alex Rangel, I believe every step of the way we communicated every part we replaced or every part we seen that needed to be replaced and left it to you whether you wanted the work to be completed after our recommendations. The engine kit that you purchased pertained directly to the engine and you were explained exactly what would be replaced which was not heater hoses. At the time your vehicle was in the shop the heater hose did not need to be replaced, heater hoses get brittle over time and eventually need replacement. We do not recommend our customers to replace parts for no reason. We hold ourselves to be very honest with our customers!
