Sorry to see you are not tottaly satisfied , but me being out of town has nothin g to do with the parts was incorrect and we have to wait for the new parts specially when it was done under warranty , had to make sure that there will be no more problems.

Thank you for your review April. Its unfortunate that you felt like you were not taken care of. We did everything we could to help you, we made sure to go on a test drive with you to get your approval of the vehicle and you did grant us that. When you first came in you said you felt that you "were floating on clouds" and all 7 other shops you went to couldnt find any problems with your vehicle and that everyone thought you were "crazy." We looked at your vehicle and explained to you what parts were worn and what could be causing the issue. After having helped you its so unfortunate for us that we could not help you at our bussiness again. You brought us so much drama, cried, complained over nothing and we cannot deal with that kind of behavior at our business, Dr. Phil would be the place to go to help you not an auto repair shop because there is nothing else wrong with your vehicles suspension.
