Spoke with Kathy. She said the business did a really good job, but they took a little longer than she anticipated. They had her vehicle for a week due to a part delay, but they had told her up-front that it might take longer than 2 days.

Spoke with Mark. He said that he had relatively clear communication, everything was handled professionally, but it just took longer than he thought it would. He said that the text messaging was informing of the next steps in the repair process in an incorrect order, causing him confusion. When he called the facility staff, they were able to clearly explain the issue.

Brent said everyone at the front desk was great. They were friendly, professional and very kind. He did not have any problems at this business. After leaving he realized that the rear light casing was cracked and returned to have it taken care of. The technicians were very kind and willing. They took care of it right away.

Joanna said this facility missed a huge portion of the damage and she had to bring it back and have everything re-estimated. It was very inconvenient. They had to redo the inside panel because it wasn't put back correctly and kept falling off. She was not given a promise date. There was not much communication and she did not receive any call backs.

Spoke with Mercelino. He said he had to return to the facility because some of the items repaired were coming loose. This included the door which would not open from the inside after the 2nd day. He took the vehicle in on Thursday and parts had to be ordered. Another assessment was on Monday and he did not get the vehicle returned until the following Thursday. Over the phone, he had been told the repair would take a couple of days. He only received text messages on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The cost of the repair was more than their estimator had told him. He stated the staff made it seem like the parts were right there and they would get right on the repair. If he had known another assessment had been done and he was going to be without a vehicle, he should have been called the same day. He had to call the business to find out what was really going on.
