Yesenia said the employees were awesome and amazing. Her vehicle looks brand new. Her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. They told her, initially, that it would take a few days to a week. It took 3 weeks, to almost a month. They had to order a new door and there was more damage than they thought.

Seth said the work that was done wasn't what he expected for the amount that he paid. He had chips in his hood and dents on his vehicle. The chips were improperly filled. They were painted over but were still there. They were cosmetically covered. There were still 2 dents in the door when he got his vehicle back. Things weren't done that the employees said were done. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Missy was the shining light of his visit. He wouldn't recommend this visit.

He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they damaged his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated by the staff at this business. He was not satisfied with the business' communication because of the argument about the staff damaging his vehicle. He absolutely would not recommend this business.
