Southiwa said she expected to be called a few days before the completion rather than an hour before. They kept her informed a week at a time about the repair progress, but because she was not updated closer to the completion of the repairs, it was inconvenient to arrange a pick up for her vehicle. She will ot be recommending this business for this reason.
