Ted said the staff members at this business do a good job. They are very courteous and they informed him with all that was going on. His receptionist who helped him with a lot was very courteous as well. They informed him that they needed to do some extra work which they called him right away to let him know which he appreciated. Also they helped him arrange everything to borrow a rental vehicle during the time they were performing the repairs which was very nice as well. His vehicle took three or four days longer than what initially was planned because they had to order additional parts but this was not a problem for him.
