Thomas said he notified the insurance company and a man named Jeremy of this business about the water damages on his vehicle. This business did not do an adequate job because when Thomas picked up the vehicle it was still saturated with mud and water and they only vacuumed the vehicle. When he opened the passenger side door there was still mud on the carpet. This business did not address the situation, take it seriously and didn't listen. Thomas said he was not satisfied with the estimate because he thought that the backseat and carpets should have been replaced which was not included in the estimate. Thomas said he thinks he should have taken his vehicle to another body shop because he feels as though this business didn't do their job and were only trying to collect the insurance money. The personnel of this business are nice and awesome but Thomas would not recommend this business for service because they do not take their jobs seriously.
