Jesse said the facility didn't do all the repairs and he had to go elsewhere. He was satisfied with what they did but they did not replace the tires and the broken reflector on the back bumper. The estimator did not include all the pieces and Jesse is not recommending them for this reason.

Spoke with Olivia. She said poor communication with the staff was very frustrating, that the communication system was poor. The return of the vehicle was delayed by four days. It was caused by a parts delay and a part that was damaged. She was not kept well informed. The repair estimate came to her later than they said it would. Phone communication was very dissatisfying. The facility was chosen because it was close to her living situation For the aforementioned reasons, she would not recommend this facility to others.

Michael said he had a bad experience with this business. The staff communicated alright when he spoke with them, but he did not receive adequate updates and had to call to find out what was going on. He stated they lost parts, which resulted in the repairs taking double the time they estimated, so he needed to pay for extra time in a rental vehicle. When he first questioned them about the delay, the staff did not give him the correct reason. He later found out there was a broken part that was nowhere near the damaged area, so he thinks the staff broke it while disassembling the vehicle.

Monica said there is one small error in the repaint and the lower panel isn't flush, so she will be bringing the vehicle back in. Other than those 2 things, she was satisfied with the quality of the repair. It was done early. It was an easy experience, overall.
