Laura said the business took a lot longer to get her vehicle repaired, which was almost a month. They ran into parts being delayed and finding more damage. The business did call her twice a week with updates. When she went to pick up her vehicle, the airbag indicator light was flashing and they forgot to repair this. They took care of this the next day. Jill kept her updated, she was personable and sympathetic with the whole situation. She was very good and she appreciated working with her.
