Byron stated he was really happy with the way they treated him. They were nice and did a good job. They were informative. There was a two-week Audi parts delay, but that was not the businesses' fault. The estimator had missed some things, but overall Byron was completely satisfied with the thoroughness of the estimate. After the repairs, there was a slight rattle. It was no problem because the personnel said to come right back so they could fix it, and they did. Everything was great.
