Collin said Stacy was excellent with updates the first week, but the automated emails were confusing. When he picked his vehicle up, the person that went over the vehicle said the chips in the paint were probably rock chips. When he told him the vehicle was only 3 weeks old before the accident, he looked into it and said they had repaired that area. He said he did not appreciate that he had to convince him it was not there before. He said his vehicle was 1 week late, and they did not give a reason. He was not involved with the estimate. The staff was very friendly when he dropped his vehicle off and his experience was great overall.
