Jessica said the repairs completed by this business were done well and the staff was very nice. She was given three separate completion dates and all of which were missed. In total, they had her vehicle for nearly 24 days longer than they initially anticipated mainly due to a delay on parts. She is still waiting for her refund on the rental vehicle because they have to clear the paperwork since they had her vehicle longer than they anticipated. She was given text updates every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the repairs but this was not very informative. She would recommend them to others but would let others know about her experience.
