Ryan said he chose this rating because they used a 2006 part for his 2011 vehicle. He was not satisfied with the quality of the body work because something was wrong with his vehicle and he found out from a Hyundai dealer that this business used an old part. His vehicle was a day late and he was not given a reason why. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because the link they provided him to check the status of his vehicle did not work. He also had to keep calling this business but they never returned any of his phone calls. He would not recommend this facility to others because of this experience. He brought his vehicle back because he had a problem with the repair but they blew him off. He said he was told to go to another business to look at his vehicle.

All parts used during the repair of the car were 2011. We callland update customers every tuesday and Thursday during repairs and use Carstar vision so customers can view repairs daily online at our website....Issues appear to be related to the TPS Sensor in the Wheel and required a reset at the Dealer
