Mary said her vehicle was not ready as soon as this business had thought it would be because of parts, insurance company issues, and additional damage that they found. She did not say specifically how long the delay was, but it was not this business' fault. She was kept updated very well about everything and she appreciated the extra effort they made to keep her updated.
