Angela said there were communication problems. When she first went to get her vehicle there was an issue with the paint on the back of the vehicle. They provided a rental vehicle and told her it would be 3 days to correct the problem. She was called the next day and told there would be someone to pick up the rental vehicle at the shop at 730 pm, after hours and her vehicle was ready. It was inconvenient for her to go down there at that time and she had just filled the tank with gas. She was not reimbursed for that gas. She had to call them during the repairs and would have appreciated more calls from them. Not all of the things she pointed out to the estimator were included in the estimate. She was told the insurance company would not cover some of the little things. She ended up getting 5 estimates that varied by $500. She was pleased with the work performed and would use this business again for auto body work.
